Tiram dan Oyster

Alangkah bahagia nya kalau kita bolih menjamu selera dengan memakan saekor tiram atau pun oyster saminggu sekali..TETAPI...kenapa ya?

Oysters are considered the healthiest when eaten raw on the half shell.[19] Traditionally, oysters were considered to be an aphrodisiac.[20] A team of American and Italian researchers analyzed bivalves and found they were rich in amino acids that trigger increased levels of sex hormones.[21] Their high zinc content aids the production of testosterone.[10] Dietary supplements may contain calcium carbonate from oyster shells, though there is no evidence that this offers any benefits beyond what calcium may offer.
